📋 Description

• Source qualified candidates using professional networking, social media, cold-calling, creative thinking, and other methods • Evaluate applications, screen and interview candidates, determine suitability, and communicate assessments to Hiring Managers • Manage candidate contact throughout recruitment, respond to inquiries, manage expectations, and notify applicants when requisitions are filled • Provide status updates, reporting, and other information to co-workers, Supervisors, and Hiring Managers • Collaborate to evaluate and improve departmental procedures • Align recruiting activities and interactions with OnTrac culture and core values • Research and attend external hiring events to promote the company’s employment brand • Provide hiring and onboarding support hand-off using creative solutions and strategies to fill positions timely • Conduct weekly hiring calls with managers • Streamline communication between operations, RPO, and the talent acquisition team • Act as a liaison between company department heads to anticipate and plan future recruitment needs • Ensure managers follow the correct process for adding positions, including completing job descriptions and obtaining approvals • Assist with compensation approval, interviewing, and providing feedback on hires for assigned Corporate Recruiting roles • Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by following Company Safety Program policies and procedures • Travel as needed to assist with hiring events and meetings • Perform other tasks or assignments as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ Human Resource experience in talent acquisition or recruiting • 3+ years’ recruiting or onboarding experience • Excellent track record sourcing and qualifying candidates for various positions, varying in level and background • Enthusiasm for frequent cold-calling and other outreach • Success filling an array of lower to senior-level positions in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interactions with candidates, vendors, and individuals at all levels of the organization • Understanding of strategic issues impacting the business • Strong relationship-building, verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Windows applications: Word, Excel, HR Office, and various applicant tracking systems • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field (preferred)
