📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple concurrent searches from kickoff through accepted offer • Build targeted sourcing strategies and proactively identify passive candidates • Review and qualify inbound applicants • Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against defined role requirements • Partner with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and recruiting strategies • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and proactively identify risks or gaps • Coordinate closely with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the interview process • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the ATS • Provide concise pipeline updates, market feedback, and recommendations to hiring stakeholders • Deliver a responsive, high-quality candidate experience • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, workflow, or candidate conversion • Recruit across go-to-market, engineering and technical, marketing, legal, corporate, and other priority functions • Success measured through qualified pipelines, sourcing and candidate conversion, candidate progression, offer acceptance, ATS accuracy, stakeholder experience, and quality and timeliness of hires

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience • Previous in-house recruiting experience within SaaS, technology, or another high-growth environment • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions rather than a single specialty • Strong experience recruiting GTM talent, particularly Account Executives and/or SDRs • Experience recruiting professional, corporate, and/or technical positions • Strong direct sourcing and passive-candidate engagement capabilities • Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions and shifting priorities • Strong judgment when evaluating candidate quality and advising hiring managers • Experience working with modern ATS, sourcing, and recruiting technology • Ability to work autonomously and produce results without extensive direction • Excellent candidate and stakeholder communication • Candidates must be legally authorized to provide services in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not included; Seamless cannot provide or assume immigration or visa sponsorship • Experience recruiting for AI, B2B SaaS, sales technology, or revenue technology organizations is a plus
