📋 Description

• Make first contact within minutes of a family signing up • Run a structured 45-day enrollment cadence across phone, text, and email • Drive completion of enrollment tasks within 30 days, including proof of residency, immunizations, birth certificate, SPED documentation, and state-specific requirements • Host live 1:1 walkthroughs and state-specific information sessions • Diagnose stalled families and remove blockers • Monitor territory approval queues and escalate aging cases • Maintain accurate pipeline and disposition data in HubSpot • Build knowledge of state program rules, funding amounts, and enrollment deadlines • Feed family feedback into cadence, content, and process • Own an assigned book of families and states end to end • Help build enrollment cadence, state playbooks, and territory model • Collaborate with Processing and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year + in a phone-forward role carrying a number: inside sales, admissions, SDR, or enrollment • Comfortable dialing families every day • Clear, brief writing in text and email • CRM discipline and accurate logging • Ability to handle seasonal volume spikes without dropping process • Ability to build working knowledge of state program rules, funding amounts, and enrollment deadlines • Authorized to work in the United States • OpenEd participates in E-Verify
