📋 Description

• Identify top-tier passive talent for critical business roles • Leverage creative sourcing strategies and data-driven methods to build diverse talent pools • Keep the recruitment pipeline moving quickly • Build and execute targeted candidate-sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search strings, and niche industry databases • Craft personalized outreach campaigns to engage specialized and passive candidates • Use AI and data-driven approaches to map key target areas and trends • Review, update, and track incoming applications within the ATS as needed • Assist with recruiting and administrative duties and projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a recruiting capacity • Previous sourcing experience for sales roles within a technical environment highly preferred • Comfortable working within an ATS (applicant tracking system), ideally Greenhouse • Excellent and thoughtful communication skills • Comfortable with cold outreach • Must reside within either EST or CST time zone • Sponsorship is not offered for this role
