📋 Description

• Own technical success for customer accounts from proof-of-concept through production deployment • Install OpenHands Enterprise on customer-managed infrastructure • Build custom integrations for agent identity, OAuth delegation, GitHub, Atlassian, and MCP-based connectors • Develop agentic customer use cases such as CVE remediation, code review, Issue-to-PR, and SDLC automation • Build skills and package them as plugins • Run onboarding, office hours, demos, and on-site workshops • Debug services, containers, Kubernetes, networking, certificates, secrets management, and CI/CD issues • Surface field patterns and gaps to Product and Engineering • Produce reusable demos, documentation, and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer or in a deeply customer-embedded technical role • Strong proficiency in at least one backend or systems language, with Python preferred • Experience building operational tooling and debugging production systems • Hands-on experience deploying and operating containerized workloads in customer or self-hosted environments • Experience with Kubernetes and Helm • Knowledge of networking, certificates, and secrets management for on-premises installations • Experience working directly with customers in production or high-stakes environments • Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate complex tradeoffs clearly • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git-based collaboration, and developer tooling • Bonus experience with OAuth, OIDC, SSO, MCP, agent or LLM tooling, OEM/platform integrations, field engineering, pre-sales, developer relations, or AI developer tools such as OpenHands, Claude Code, Copilot, and Cursor
