OpenLoop serves health plans, hospitals and health systems, retailers, employers and digital health companies with AI-powered operations, a nationwide clinician network and broad insurance coverage including Medicare and Medicaid.

📋 Description

• Own the reference architecture for OpenLoop's business systems landscape, including current-state and target-state systems maps, data flow diagrams, and integration inventories • Define enterprise standards for integration patterns, master data management, identity and access, and environment/change management • Evaluate and rationalize SaaS applications and lead build-vs-buy analysis, vendor selection, and technical due diligence • Partner with the AI Program team to embed AI, agents, and automation into business workflows • Serve as technical architect across NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, and adjacent SaaS platforms • Design and oversee integrations using iPaaS/middleware, REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns • Establish data governance for golden records, master data hierarchies, and canonical entity models • Own identity architecture, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, group-based entitlements, joiner-mover-leaver automation, and least-privilege access models • Lead architecture reviews for implementations, upgrades, and integration projects; produce solution designs, sequence diagrams, and decision records • Translate business requirements into scalable, documented technical designs with system administrators and business analysts • Support SOX, HIPAA, and SOC 2 audit readiness through access controls, segregation of duties, logging, and audit trails • Establish and enforce sandbox/production environment management, change control, release management, and rollback standards • Advise Finance, People, RevOps, Clinical Operations, and Legal leaders on technology strategy • Mentor system administrators and analysts on architecture, integration patterns, and secure design • Present technical recommendations to executive stakeholders • Contribute to the IT roadmap, budgeting, and vendor management processes • Report to the Director, Business Applications and collaborate with the VP, Enterprise Technology and AI Program team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, business systems, or solutions architecture • 3+ years in an architect capacity • Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite, including implementation, customization, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and saved searches • Strong working knowledge of Okta, including SSO, SCIM, lifecycle management, and workflows • Google Workspace administration experience • Slack Enterprise Grid experience • Experience architecting and building integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms using iPaaS tools, REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event streams • Experience designing systems and access controls meeting SOX, HIPAA, and SOC 2 frameworks • Strong understanding of identity, access management, and zero-trust principles • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to translate technical architecture into business language for non-technical stakeholders • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or another highly regulated industry (preferred) • Experience with Atlassian tooling at scale, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Atlassian Guard, and Automation (preferred) • Exposure to Snowflake, BigQuery, Fivetran, and downstream analytics/reporting integration (preferred) • Experience embedding AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise workflows (preferred) • Relevant certifications such as NetSuite SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant, Okta Certified Professional or Administrator, TOGAF, or comparable (preferred)
