📋 Description

• Own full-cycle global recruitment across Sales, R&D, and G&A roles • Develop and refine sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical positions • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and success profiles • Deliver an exceptional and consistent candidate experience • Leverage and optimize Greenhouse ATS, ensuring clean data, structured workflows, and accurate reporting • Identify recruiting funnel bottlenecks and implement process improvements • Build dashboards and track recruiting KPIs, including time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness, and quality of hire • Use funnel analytics to improve efficiency, hiring velocity, and reduce bias • Partner with FP&A to align hiring plans with forecasts and headcount budgets • Advise functional leaders on hiring prioritization, trade-offs, and market insights • Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche roles • Strengthen referral programs and talent pipelines • Ensure consistent, inclusive, and structured interviewing practices • Contribute to diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruiting practices • Participate in People Team projects outside recruitment as recruitment demands allow

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment • Experience recruiting across multiple functions (Sales, Engineering, Product, G&A) • Demonstrated international recruiting experience across multiple regions • Deep expertise in Greenhouse ATS (required) • Strong understanding of recruiting analytics and funnel metrics • Experience partnering with Finance/FP&A on workforce planning • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions • Strong knowledge of structured interviewing and inclusive hiring practices • Understand HR operations processes (Nice to have: Experience across HR operations) • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment • Ability to maintain a functioning home office with consistent and sustainable internet connectivity • Ability to manage recruitment and administrative recruitment processes without a recruitment coordinator • Ability to travel; average travel requirements are around 5% • Must be authorized to work in the country of employment without current or future sponsorship
