• Define and execute OpenText's global cloud ecosystem strategy aligned to corporate growth objectives • Build and maintain executive relationships with key cloud providers, strategic technology partners, and ecosystem stakeholders • Identify partnership opportunities supporting cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and information management priorities • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic cloud alliance initiatives • Establish partnership roadmaps driving innovation, differentiation, and market expansion • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue growth across OpenText's cloud portfolio • Develop co-sell, marketplace, and joint customer acquisition strategies with hyperscale cloud providers • Collaborate with Sales leadership to increase pipeline generation and accelerate cloud solution adoption • Lead joint business planning with strategic cloud partners and track performance against objectives • Expand OpenText's presence within cloud marketplaces and ecosystem programs • Negotiate and manage strategic partnership agreements and commercial frameworks • Evaluate partnership investments, joint solution development, and market expansion initiatives • Coordinate Product and Engineering collaboration with cloud partners to enhance integrations, interoperability, and customer value • Identify opportunities to leverage partner incentives, funding programs, and innovation initiatives • Align cloud ecosystem requirements with product strategy • Collaborate with Marketing on joint demand generation campaigns, events, and thought leadership • Work with Corporate Development and Strategy on emerging technologies and ecosystem opportunities • Provide executive-level updates on ecosystem performance, growth opportunities, and strategic priorities • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global ecosystem and alliance organization • Establish operating rhythms, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks • Foster innovation, collaboration, customer focus, and business impact • Mentor and develop future ecosystem leaders
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud computing, strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development • 8+ years of executive leadership experience leading global partner, alliance, or ecosystem organizations • Proven track record building and scaling strategic relationships with Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud • Significant partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue growth experience • Success leading complex global negotiations, executive business planning, and cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, AI, platform technologies, cloud marketplaces, co-sell motions, partner programs, and ecosystem-led growth models • Experience in information management, cybersecurity, digital operations, data management, enterprise applications, or related technology sectors preferred • Experience working in public companies and global enterprise environments • MBA or other advanced business degree preferred • Ability to build and lead high-performing global ecosystem and alliance organizations • Ability to establish operating rhythms, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks • Leadership qualities including driving results, communicating with impact, adapting quickly, setting clear direction, and executing with discipline and accountability
