• Lead Optiv's global total rewards strategy, design, and development • Partner with business and HR leaders on strategic total rewards programs • Lead annual compensation reviews and global compensation processes covering base pay, variable pay, merit, promotions, and bonuses • Design and recommend global compensation and benefits programs based on future needs, market practices, and cost effectiveness • Develop total rewards communications and education strategies • Review benefit premium, claims, and utilization data to identify trends and efficiencies • Coordinate and lead 401(k) administration and the investment committee • Advise HR partners, managers, and executives on compensation decisions, policies, job evaluations, and compensation conversations • Manage payroll and benefits for Optiv's India entity of 650+ employees • Direct rewards benchmarking and compensation budget management with Finance and executive leadership • Oversee analysis, design, compliance, communication, implementation, administration, monitoring, and reporting for benefit programs • Oversee vendors, consultants, and outsourced department relationships • Ensure welfare and retirement plans comply with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements • Evolve salary pay-band structures, job bands, grade levels, and promotion guidelines • Manage health and welfare plans and open-enrollment cycles • Supervise benefits renewals, census, enrollment, application, and claims records • Partner with brokers and carriers on wellness initiatives and analyze program ROI • Propose fair, competitive, legally compliant total rewards policies and procedures • Participate in M&A due diligence and manage compensation and benefits integration • Report to the SVP of Human Resources and serve on the Optiv HR Leadership Team • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or another related area required; Master's Degree preferred • Demonstrated experience in total rewards design and implementation • Compensation experience in executive compensation, compensation committee management, base salary, market pricing, variable pay, performance management, job evaluation, data analysis, research, and cost modeling • Benefits experience with health and welfare plans, leaves and time-off practices, and retirement plans • 10+ years of relevant Compensation, HR, and Benefits experience • At least half of relevant experience managing people, processes, and technology • Understanding of HR principles, laws, and practices • Technical understanding of HR systems; Workday experience preferred • Ability to balance and articulate tactical and strategic planning issues • Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage diverse cross-functional teams and multiple projects • Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights, strategies, and plans and articulate data visually • Ability to lead and communicate with leadership while remaining hands-on with key projects and workstreams
