📋 Description

• Execute Global Total Rewards strategy and programs within assigned business units and teams • Build relationships and influence HR Business Partners and business leaders at all enterprise levels on Total Rewards matters • Work with HRBPs to determine compensation solutions aligned with business strategies • Consult Talent Acquisition on constructing competitive offers for key external talent • Assist with administration and communication of key global processes for assigned business units and teams • Perform Global Total Rewards reporting and data analysis • Analyze annual merit planning, internal equity, and external market competitiveness • Independently lead and participate in high-visibility projects with broad functional and/or Business Unit impact • Understand the business and relevant market conditions • Balance tactical and strategic work in support of the business

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Minimum 5 years of compensation experience • Experience in MS Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, and large data set analysis • Experience leading complex, large-scale projects from planning through execution • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, and driving successful implementation • Experience in storytelling with data analytics and relating analytics to business programs and processes • Compensation fundamentals, including salary administration, job classification, job evaluation, and market pricing and analysis • Ability to identify issues, solve problems, analyze information, and make timely, practical decisions and recommendations • Detail-oriented with interpersonal, organizational, execution, and communication skills • Technical knowledge of global HR policies and procedures, compensation practices and trends, merit, and data analysis • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Power BI • Experience with Workday and MarketPay • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks • Strong business acumen and understanding of the HR strategic partnership in driving business results • Ability to influence and manage change, work with all levels of the organization, and handle high levels of confidentiality • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems • Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
