📋 Description

• Follow Optiv AFC processes and procedures • Manage and maintain security systems across internal and client environments • Collaborate with Management, Solution Architects, Principal Security Engineers, internal teams, and clients • Serve as a primary responder for AFC customer systems • Own client configuration issues and track them through resolution • Deploy and manage client Swimlane Turbine deployments • Automate security workflows and streamline response actions • Integrate security tools to improve security operations efficiency and effectiveness • Provide technical leadership on client projects and guide other technical staff • Assist with client onboarding, transition, and deployment of Swimlane deployments • Design, develop, and deploy SOAR solutions • Integrate Swimlane SOAR with SIEM, endpoint protection, threat intelligence, and other cybersecurity tools • Identify and explain automation value and return on investment for clients • Mentor technical staff • Provide technical assistance with scoping and pre-sales activities

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Engineering or related field; or at least 6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required • 4-7 years of experience with managed Security Services or Information Security experience required • Administration, configuration and management experience required • Enterprise Security administration experience required • 4+ years of technical engineering experience with Swimlane • 1+ year of technical experience with Swimlane Turbine • Strong understanding and experience with Python, Java, Perl, PowerShell, and Regular Expressions • Information security knowledge in SIEM, preferably Splunk, endpoint security products, email/phishing products, and case/knowledge management systems such as ServiceNow • Experience with vulnerability assessments, data classification, privacy assessments, incident response, security policy creation, enterprise security strategies, architectures, and governance • Strong understanding of networking, TCP/IP, OSI model, Windows, Linux, endpoint security, DLP, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and related security technologies • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud-based service architecture • Understanding of privacy and data protection regulations including PCI DSS, GLBA, and GDPR • Understanding of security frameworks/methodologies such as MITRE ATT&CK and NIST • Strong written and presentational skills • Experience with enterprise architecture and cross-functional solution implementation • Ability to work in a remote team environment • Ability to work independently with minimal direction • Technical writing experience, including solution documentation and root cause analysis reports • High standard of integrity and confidentiality • Security+, CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, GPEN, CEH, or other industry certifications preferred
