📋 Description

• Work on cloud security, including web filtering policy enforcement, CASB, firewall, browser isolation, sandboxing, and data loss prevention • Assess and identify gaps, develop controls to mitigate security threats, and manage infrastructure controls • Manage and mature Zscaler modules including ZIA, ZDX, and ZPA • Develop, mature, and maintain Zscaler cloud-based infrastructure • Migrate policies from legacy proxy environments to cloud-based services and work on firewall configurations in ZIA • Maintain, implement, monitor, support, and troubleshoot networks, applications, and endpoint security related to Zscaler • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues related to Zscaler services • Conduct regular security audits for compliance with industry standards and corporate policies • Collaborate with Management, Solution Architects, Principal Security Engineers, internal teams, and clients • Integrate Zscaler services with existing infrastructure • Maintain knowledge of Zscaler products and services and recommend upgrades and enhancements • Provide training and support to IT teams and end-users • Develop configuration, troubleshooting, and operational documentation • Participate in emergency response teams and provide post-mortem analysis • Serve as a primary responder for AFC customer systems, owning client configuration issues through resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Engineering or related field of study; or at least 6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required • 4-7 years of experience with managed Security Services or Information Security experience, administration, configuration and management, and Enterprise Security administration required • 2-4+ years of experience managing, administrating and deploying Zscaler • 2-4+ years of networking/network security (firewall, DLP, CASB, proxy, etc.) • Strong foundation in network security principles, including Zero Trust architecture • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Ability to analyze device and traffic logs; extensive knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining communication and upholding collaborative team dynamics • Proficient in creating and managing security policies and protocols • Security+, CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, GPEN, CEH and/or other industry certifications preferred • Qualified applicants must meet applicable work authorization requirements for employment in the United States
