📋 Description

• Partner with leaders, managers, and employees in Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to align people strategy with business strategy • Act as a resource and advisor to employees through clear HR processes • Develop leadership capability and provide coaching and support throughout the employee lifecycle • Partner with the broader People team and internal stakeholders on performance and talent reviews • Support compensation planning, performance management, career development, and leadership coaching • Contribute to organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations • Drive high-performing teams and foster an inclusive, engaging culture • Balance strategic work with hands-on execution across multiple projects and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience • At least 5 years as a People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, scaling organizations • Deep HR expertise • Strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and best practices • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to distill complex, ambiguous situations into clear, actionable strategies • Data-driven mindset • Experience leveraging people metrics and insights to design and execute talent strategies aligned with business goals • Experience supporting global, matrixed teams within the technology or SaaS sector (preferred) • Prior experience partnering with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services organizations (preferred) • Background checks are required
