📋 Description

• Build company-wide annual ARR and pipeline generation targets using structured assumptions and scenarios • Own sales quota setting, headcount and capacity models, and representative productivity analysis • Support territory design to align coverage with growth opportunities • Define planning-cycle inputs, timelines, and outputs across workstreams • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for sales, SE, and xDR teams • Define leading indicators for risks and opportunities • Standardize metrics across regions, channels, and product lines as a single source of truth • Use AI to build scalable tools and workflow efficiencies for GTM teams • Partner with GTM and Finance leaders on performance measurement and decision-making • Convert complex analysis into clear, defensible recommendations • Align stakeholders around a shared narrative • Set analytical rigor and quality-assurance standards • Mentor peers and junior analysts on modeling, scenario planning, and executive communication • Advance reporting automation and data quality • Report to the Director of Sales Strategy & Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM analytics, sales operations, or a related function supporting an enterprise, multi-product GTM motion • B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred • Deep understanding of GTM motions, sales planning, territories, quota setting, and forecasting for sales, SE, and xDR functions • Hands-on SQL; ability to pull, join, and validate data independently • Fluency with Salesforce, Gong, Clari, and similar commercial-stack tools • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar • Practical experience using AI to build scalable GTM tools and workflow efficiencies • Strong executive communication and ability to turn complex analysis into one clear recommendation • Judgment to structure ambiguous problems and challenge convention based on data • Nice to have: dbt, Python or R, and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift • Nice to have: experience building with LLM APIs or AI-assisted analytics tooling • Background check required • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must disclose any employment sponsorship or immigration-support requirements
