📋 Description

• Supervise day-to-day Complaint, Grievances and Appeals production operations • Provide guidance to CGA staff and lead them to meet performance expectations • Ensure cases are resolved in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements and Oscar's policies and procedures • Provide oversight to the immediate team and broader CGA Team to achieve departmental goals • Facilitate the resolution process through problem-solving and cross-organizational partnerships • Lead projects to improve processes and the member experience • Manage team needs and ensure compliance with regulations and timeframes • Establish workflows to meet or exceed internal and external SLAs and TATs • Coach, provide feedback, and recognize direct reports • Monitor performance, case processing, attendance, schedules, and job-related behavior • Coordinate training needs and process improvements • Monitor case management dashboards and error reports • Support corrective action procedures with manager and HR oversight • Manage inventory and distribute work to meet production standards and turnaround times • Answer customer questions and assist peers and management • Liaise between CGA and other business units • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned areas • Make recommendations and lead process improvements • Report to the Associate Manager, CGA & MPCT

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience directly related to this role • 2+ years experience with and equivalent knowledge of Commercial Insurance, Medicare/Medicaid and/or Affordable Care Act rules and regulations relating to the Grievance & Appeals processes • 1+ years experience with or relevant knowledge of navigating Google Docs and Sheets
