📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs advancing Service Forward and evolving Oscar's contact-center model through human service and AI-enabled automation • Align enterprise partners around strategy, operating-model design, implementation, and change management • Lead targeted initiatives improving member and provider service performance • Manage end-to-end cross-functional implementations and projects • Create project plans, engage stakeholders, manage cross-functional relationships, mitigate edge cases, and ensure on-time completion • Evaluate departmental performance by creating, gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics • Assist with departmental metrics development and mitigation strategy implementation • Formulate implementation, communications, and program strategies for change management and risk mitigation • Oversee and mentor team members and promote professional development • Report to the Senior Director, Member and Provider Services • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program management • 3+ years of experience in delivering projects / programs • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements in programs (bonus points) • Experience / background in a fast-paced operations environment (bonus points) • Successfully executed enterprise-wide initiatives, including defining project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation activities, and developing processes for program rollout and ongoing support (bonus points) • PMP Certifications or Program Management Certifications (bonus points) • Lean/Six Sigma Certifications (bonus points) • Healthcare experience in health insurance, health systems, or healthcare consulting (bonus points)
