📋 Description

• Support ongoing medium- to high-complexity maintenance, Run-the-Business support, and incident service requests for the assigned global infrastructure area • Provide solutions for medium- to high-complexity Run-the-Business and project efforts • Serve as a project resource on application and infrastructure projects, representing functional capabilities • Gather requirements, create recommendations, and implement solutions to meet project requirements • Provide subject matter expertise through complex knowledge articles, relationship development with IT staff, mentoring, and job shadowing • Identify infrastructure gaps and needs and lead service-delivery improvement efforts • Operate independently, solve complex problems, and fulfill requests with minimal supervision • Cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts when required by the business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent • Five (5) or more years of experience in Information Technology or a related area • Ability to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts when required • Experience and proficiency with web-based applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment • Strong organizational, follow-through, attention-to-detail, time-management, and prioritization skills • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements • Some experience with operating systems such as Windows, RHEL, or other Linux is required • Relevant industry certifications are preferred • Manufacturing-industry IT experience is preferred • Oracle, SQL, server, network, voice network, storage, application platform, middleware, virtualization, database, operating system, and identity/access management experience as applicable to the assigned infrastructure domain • Certain positions may require U.S. Person status under ITAR or EAR regulations
