📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment solutions onsite at customer facilities • Schedule tasks at customer job sites • Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation • Perform routine maintenance and emergency services • Continuously learn customer operational processes, packaging designs, and technical specifications • Install Packsize solutions and train others to use and maintain them • Perform basic clerical and administrative duties, including responding to emails, submitting expense reports, arranging travel, and writing technical reports • Communicate information and ideas with Packsize and customer personnel • Adhere to Packsize and customer safety requirements and protocols related to moving parts and electricity • Perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities, features, and maintenance • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Work closely with Packsize support team members to provide exceptional customer service • Travel frequently, including overnight travel, to customer facilities

🎯 Requirements

• Creative problem solver able to identify, analyze, maintain, and repair complex mechanical equipment • Ability to answer difficult customer questions about product features • Customer service focus • Knowledge of Windows platforms • Knowledge of and effective use of hand tools • Knowledge of mechanical platforms • Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision • Basic Microsoft (Excel, Word) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) experience is helpful, but not required • Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience • Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred • Available on-call • Willing and able to frequently move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time • Must be able to move about inside and outside of equipment, warehouse, and office space and position oneself to work on the equipment • Will frequently operate hand and power tools, computers, and other office equipment • Occasionally ascend/descend a ladder to access high places on the equipment • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to travel by vehicle or airplane, domestically
