📋 Description

• Design and execute upsell / cross-sell GTM motions for Strata Cloud Manager across form factors and supporting CDSS products • Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows across the GTM lifecycle • Identify high-propensity customers and automate pipeline management and proposal generation • Drive initiatives to expand and accelerate Strata Cloud Manager feature adoption • Systemize professional services support offerings to scale migration from legacy management tools to advanced AI-powered solutions • Orchestrate field enablement and marketing campaigns for new feature launches • Formulate offers for new feature launches in Strata Cloud Manager • Work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Channel to drive SCM strategies and sales programs • Drive predictable pipeline and forecasting through measurement and reporting discipline

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations or equivalent experience • Preference for 3+ years in top management consulting, private equity, top-tier tech strategy / “bizops” functions or GTM programs • Familiarity with how AI/ML can be applied to business process automation • Conceptual understanding of security solutions • Cybersecurity industry experience, especially in Network Security, preferred but not required • Proven experience influencing sales teams and managing projects in the cybersecurity or SaaS domain • Experience developing and executing GTM strategies for high-priority products, including market analysis, product positioning, and customer engagement • Preferred experience collaborating with sales teams to create Bills of Materials (BOM) and assist in deal negotiations • Ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Expert-level proficiency in modeling and data visualization • High familiarity with Gemini, NotebookLLM, BigQuery, SalesForce, Looker Studio, and Google Apps for Work
