📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert for SavvyStock systems and applications • Lead and support global system projects through design, development, implementation, testing, training, and deployment • Analyze business requirements and document current and future system processes • Develop training materials, SOPs, and work instructions • Partner with internal teams, clients, and distributor partners to deliver system solutions and optimize operations • Identify process optimization opportunities and recommend scalable system enhancements • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues • Provide Tier 1 support through root cause analysis and problem resolution • Deliver technical expertise and global user training • Support planning and optimization strategies using system capabilities • Provide operational and analytical support, including in-depth analysis and EDI transaction mapping

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Supply Chain, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree • 3-5 years’ experience with EDI and VMI in a Supply Chain environment • Advanced Excel expertise, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis, and reporting • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with EDI, VMI, IT systems, and distribution operations • Advanced SQL knowledge a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, and related business applications • Strong project management skills • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, analyze data, and develop effective, scalable solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and global time zones • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Flexibility to support on-call, evening, and weekend operational needs as required • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • SavvyStock will not sponsor applicants for work visas now or in the future • All roles, including remote positions, require an in-person interview as part of the hiring process
