📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing • Apply system-level thinking to identify and resolve architectural challenges • Assess and mitigate technical risks • Implement engineering best practices and optimize workflows • Mentor engineers to improve productivity and quality • Build rapid prototypes and scale viable solutions into production • Identify, implement, and share organization-wide technical solutions • Identify unsecured code areas and implement fixes • Identify product enhancements to improve end-user experience • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Chief Architecture Owners • Create architecture diagrams and documentation for security reviews and other stakeholders • Define service level objectives and prioritize reliability-related backlog work • Write custom code and scripts to automate infrastructure, monitoring, and test cases • Conduct destructive testing to ensure production resiliency • Create dashboards, logging, alerting, and proactive incident responses

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience in React, Next.js, or similar web frameworks • Mastery of JavaScript and TypeScript • 4+ years of experience mentoring and giving work direction to Developers • 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and architecting customer-facing eCommerce applications • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment and adapt to new situations • Ability to effectively communicate, inform, and influence senior leaders • Ability to work cross-functionally on multiple initiatives with a successful record of advancing projects • Analytical, planning, prioritization, financial, business, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills • Ability to build and leverage talent
