📋 Description

• Drive revenue by owning the full technical sales process • Prove the value of Parloa's agentic AI platform to enterprise prospects from first demo to signed deal • Co-own accounts and sales campaigns with assigned sellers in the territory • Lead every technical stage of the deal cycle from evaluation to commitment • Build tailored demos and conversational AI experiences across voice and chat • Show integrations with customer systems to prove technical feasibility and build trust • Design scalable, robust architectures • Address data security and compliance requirements for enterprise IT teams • Bring customer needs into product roadmap discussions • Collaborate with Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement • Improve internal processes, documentation, and ways of working across the Solutions Engineering team • Represent Parloa at client on-sites, external events, and company gatherings

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally at a SaaS vendor • Strong grasp of enterprise sales processes and frameworks such as MEDDPICC • Deep experience in contact center (CCaaS or UCaaS), VoIP, and telephony, including call flow, voice, and chat design • Deep knowledge of enterprise technology stacks (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Hands-on experience integrating and maintaining APIs • Working understanding of Generative AI and LLMs • Competency in prompt engineering and design • Confident presentation skills for technical and executive audiences • Experience with Channel, ISV, or GSI partners or in a fast-paced startup is a strong plus • Ability to work remotely in the USA • E-Verify employment eligibility in the USA
