β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for Pierce County clients and community members via email, text, and phone calls β’ Work collaboratively with the Regional Clinic Manager and Pet Services administration team to maintain consistent scheduling and client communication β’ Ensure scheduling and client relations are effective, equitable, and clearly documented β’ Coordinate and schedule client appointments for spay/neuter and vaccine clinics β’ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, voucher partners, volume partners, and community organizations β’ Engage compassionately and equitably with clients to build relationships and trust β’ Maintain accurate client records, appointment information, and program documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data security β’ Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless service delivery and communication across programs β’ Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and operational standards β’ Assist with program outreach, client engagement efforts, and community education activities β’ Support special projects and other duties as assigned by management
β’ Demonstrated passion for animal welfare and commitment to reducing pet overpopulation, shelter overcrowding, animal suffering, and unnecessary euthanasia β’ Commitment to addressing animal cruelty and barriers to veterinary care β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Strong customer service skills β’ Collaborative and communicative team-player style β’ Ability to be diplomatic, compassionate, and direct, especially in difficult situations β’ Strong de-escalation abilities are a plus β’ Aptitude for working empathically with marginalized populations and commitment to addressing racial and economic injustice β’ Prior experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel β’ High confidence in learning new software applications β’ Previous experience with ClinicHQ or databases is helpful β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail β’ Ability to self-start, prioritize effectively, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment β’ Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances β’ Ability to work Monday-Friday, with occasional local travel and weekend/evening coverage β’ Ability to perform the listed physical activities, including sitting, keyboarding, standing/walking, grasping, fine manipulation, and lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 1β10 lb
