📋 Description

• Report to the Learning Experience Design Manager • Transform program goals into course structures by defining learning objectives, instructional approaches, and execution plans • Design and author learner-centered asynchronous curriculum, including lessons, activities, and assessments • Build real-world skills for learners working in industry contexts • Iterate course materials using stakeholder and subject matter expert feedback • Ensure alignment with learning objectives, LXD best practices, and internal standards • Manage the full course creation lifecycle from concept through delivery • Ensure timely execution, instructional quality, and alignment with program goals • Apply learning science and research to instructional approaches • Use program data, learner feedback, and performance metrics to refine instructional strategies • Leverage established AI tools and explore new applications for improved learning experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of meaningful experience designing and developing online learning experiences • Direct learner contact through teaching, coaching, facilitation, or similar experience • Ability to work across complex or technical subject areas and translate them into engaging learning experiences • Hands-on learning experience design and development skills • Understanding of learner contexts, pain points, and the full learner journey • Strong technical skills and ability to implement new technologies • Excellent written communication and ability to explain complex topics clearly • Strong command of the English language • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities • Willingness to contribute beyond the job description as needed • Familiarity with new tools and approaches in learning experience design • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no employment visa sponsorship available
