📋 Description

• Make daily collection phone calls and send written collection communications • Maintain detailed records of all collection activity • Provide customer and branch analytical support by researching and reconciling customer requests • Collaborate with OTC Cash Processors to identify and resolve statement discrepancies • Manage collection of delinquent accounts while maintaining a positive customer service culture • Collaborate with Branch Managers, Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives, and Equipment Coordinators • Establish rapport with branches and Patterson teams and share wins and successes • Engage in and suggest continuous process improvement ideas • Ensure activities are performed efficiently and effectively • Provide analytical support to the Accounts Receivable Manager and Shared Services Director • Report directly to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to positively contribute to the Accounts Receivable and Shared Services team environment • Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills • Great attention to detail • Strong customer orientation • Commitment to Patterson’s values and professionalism through appropriate conduct at all times • Minimum travel with occasional on-call responsibility for the team • Ability to work 8 hours/day, Monday through Friday • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) preferred • SAP experience preferred • Strong phone skills preferred
