📋 Description

• Lead and oversee enterprise digital governance and portfolio execution • Establish portfolio priorities, business outcomes, investment oversight, resource allocation, schedules, budgets, and performance management practices • Establish and oversee governance, processes, budgets, and operational standards for digital commerce, web services, and product delivery • Direct lifecycle management and operational performance of digital products and web capabilities • Lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives and complex technical projects • Provide delivery direction to program managers, project managers, and workstream leaders • Oversee website operations, content delivery, traffic management, platform maintenance, and service performance • Evaluate digital commerce performance through metrics, analytics, risk assessments, operational reviews, and value realization measures • Establish governance for enterprise AI and emerging technology practices, including policies, standards, risk controls, and oversight • Serve as subject matter expert on AI and emerging technology governance, program dependencies, portfolio priorities, and vendor capabilities • Influence internal and external stakeholders, technology partners, and service providers • Comply with company and department policies and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience • 10 years of progressive experience in digital commerce, digital product management, e-commerce operations, web operations, or related disciplines • 5 years of leadership or management experience • Expertise in digital governance, portfolio management, operational excellence, and performance measurement practices • Ability to lead complex programs and influence executives and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority • Ability to establish technology governance frameworks and operating models • Ability to develop and execute enterprise strategies, roadmaps, and operational plans • Strong analytical skills using customer, operational, and performance data • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, product development, issue tracking, and backlog management practices • Knowledge of digital commerce technologies, platform integrations, and supporting application ecosystems • Ability to manage budgets, operational priorities, and competing business demands • PMP and PMI-ACP certifications are preferred, not required • Ability to travel occasionally (10%)
