• Identify, manage, and maximize insurance restoration partnerships to increase leads and sales opportunities • Develop business relationships and programs with Tier One carriers, Tier Two carriers, and assigned national brokers in a geographic area • Spearhead business development initiatives aligned with company strategy • Manage assigned accounts, including dispute resolution, problem avoidance, and service-level agreement compliance • Produce formal sales proposals outlining the benefits of doing business with Paul Davis • Generate sales and revenue for assigned accounts • Provide account management support and serve as key point of contact • Manage complex contract negotiations and work with legal counsel as required • Help develop the work ethic, culture, and values of local sales and business development teams • Collaborate with franchise owners, districts, and franchise leadership on business development initiatives • Present at district meetings and Paul Davis conferences • Create and present customized sales presentations to insurance and non-insurance customers • Drive overall sales growth with assigned accounts • Provide sales and marketing training to new owners, associates, and local marketing staff • Work primarily through email, video conferencing, and telephone in a corporate office environment • Travel for company meetings, events, and trainings as needed
• College degree or equivalent • Restoration industry sales experience or equivalent • Three-plus years’ experience at a senior level (AVP, VP, Officer Role or other equivalent role) • Experience in the insurance, property management and/or restoration fields • Existing contacts within one or more core target areas • Specialized knowledge or certifications within the property and casualty industry and/or mitigation, restoration, or construction • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe) • Ability to analyze, diffuse, and solve problem situations • Knowledge of cost analysis techniques • Customer service and presentation skills; comfortable presenting live to all audiences • Excellent sales and communication skills (oral, verbal and written) • High level of organizational skills and priority management • Ability to learn and operate Luxor, ADP, SharePoint, and OneDrive • Ability to create, write, proofread, and review documents • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality • Ability to plan and coordinate meetings • Ability to follow Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics • Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle • Stable internet connection when working out of office and use of provided VPN technology • Ability to travel up to 50% • Must be eligible to work in the US
