📋 Description

• Own the technical sale, scoping, requirements gathering and solution design for customer opportunities leveraging Paxos infrastructure products • Work on deals involving new digital asset brokerage, payments, and financial products • Provide platform expertise and develop technical champions at customers • Position Paxos capabilities in commercial negotiations • Qualify and scope customer objectives and design solutions • Deliver qualified, prioritized, actionable product feedback to Product and Engineering • Support partnerships with Crypto Brokerage, Tokenized Asset and Payments customers pre-sale and post-launch • Manage integrations with major financial institutions and drive product adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Solutions or Sales Engineering experience in enterprise SaaS/fintech/financial services • Track record of closing strategic enterprise deals and hitting revenue targets • Strong technical acumen with ability to understand API integrations • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships • Excellent project management and communication skills • Authorization to work in the US • LinkedIn profile and resume required for application
