📋 Description

• Develop, administer, optimize, and support scalable Salesforce solutions and related business systems • Serve as a senior Salesforce technical resource across security models, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, sharing rules, queues, public groups, and data governance • Design and optimize Salesforce automation using Flow Builder, validation rules, approval processes, and other platform capabilities • Lead complex integrations between Salesforce and ERP, marketing automation, data warehouse, and third-party SaaS platforms • Perform advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, debugging, and production support • Partner with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, estimate effort, and prioritize enhancements • Lead release management, deployments, sandbox management, DevOps processes, and CI/CD practices • Maintain data quality and governance standards, including deduplication, imports, exports, and audits • Contribute to development standards, coding practices, and platform governance • Mentor developers, administrators, and other team members • Monitor platform performance, storage, security, and system health and recommend improvements • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, process flows, support documentation, and training materials • Support process optimization, system integration, mergers and acquisitions, and digital transformation initiatives • Stay current on Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required • Platform Developer II certification preferred • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or Integration Architect preferred • Strong experience with .NET, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, declarative automation, and platform configuration • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools, or event-driven integration approaches • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, sharing models, and compliance practices • Experience with DevOps tools, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders • Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives while collaborating effectively across teams • Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple priorities • Strong foundation in software engineering concepts, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and system integrations • Experience with NetSuite, ERP integrations, Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or similar enterprise platforms preferred • Experience supporting global business operations and cross-functional business process optimization preferred
