📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain complex web applications across the front-end and back-end stack • Set technical standards and guide the development process • Ensure project milestones are met effectively • Develop, test, maintain, and improve high-quality production-grade code • Conduct rigorous code reviews and use static analysis and quality enforcement tools • Make strategic technical decisions and define scalable, maintainable software solutions • Create software concepts and document design decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align project goals • Co-create solutions with end-users and integrate customer feedback • Drive projects independently, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver robust solutions under tight timelines • Apply clean code principles and DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and enterprise-grade applications • Expertise in Angular 15+, Java 21, JavaScript, REST, and Spring Boot 3.x+ • Proficiency with IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Docker, MySQL 8, AWS, and Jenkins • Experience with unit testing and integration testing • Fluent with AI-assisted development tools including Claude (Anthropic) and GitHub Copilot; able to review, validate, and extend AI-generated code • Fluent in English, both written and spoken • Ability to develop, test, maintain, and improve production-grade code • Ability to contribute to code quality through code reviews, static analysis, and quality enforcement tools • Strong architectural thinking and ability to define scalable, maintainable software solutions • Ability to create software concepts and maintain detailed design documentation • Ability to work independently with ownership, initiative, and bias for action • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
