📋 Description

• Recruit, screen, interview, and advance qualified candidates • Coordinate offers, background checks, documents, training, orientation, and start dates • Follow up with candidates and resolve onboarding delays • Keep hiring managers and internal teams updated on candidate progress • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and shared tools • Support recruiting events, referral sources, and urgent hiring needs • Create a positive, professional candidate and new-hire experience • Ensure recruiting and onboarding practices follow company requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple candidates, deadlines, and priorities • A results-driven, customer-focused mindset • Confidence handling sensitive conversations professionally • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems • Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
