📋 Description

• Participate in a 10-week summer internship program in human resources, compliance, and wealth management • Gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, compliance practices, and regulatory procedures • Complete comprehensive onboarding covering Perigon’s mission, values, business, and client service • Rotate through Financial Planning, Investment Research, Client Services, Operations, Compliance, People & Culture, and Marketing & Business Development • Complete a capstone project during the final 8 weeks • Research a business opportunity or challenge and develop recommendations • Present capstone findings to firm leadership • Build relationships with mentors and professionals across the firm • Learn how human resources and compliance support an independent registered investment adviser • Perform other job-related duties and follow authorized instructions

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university • Finance, Business, Economics, or related majors preferred • Must be a junior, senior, or postgraduate; rising seniors targeted • GPA of 3.0 or higher • Genuine interest in wealth management, financial planning, investing, and client experience • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Team-oriented approach • Professionalism and adaptability • Ownership and follow-through • Curiosity and coachability • Willingness to take initiative and learn • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, with reasonable accommodations as applicable
