📋 Description

• Process payroll: Prepare, review, and process regular payroll accurately and on schedule using our automated payroll system. • Handle the administrative setup for new hires (e.g., offer letters, background checks, Form I-9, tax forms) and offboarding workflows for departing team members. • Maintain confidential HR databases and digital personnel files ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding company policies, paid time off (PTO), and general HR procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience handling payroll and HR administrative tasks. • Familiarity with modern payroll/HR software (e.g., Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, BambooHR, or similar tools). • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • High degree of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
