📋 Description

• Serve as a key business partner and contribute to business strategy development and key business decisions • Align workforce strategy with business strategies and operations • Promote HR best practices and foster collaboration across departments • Facilitate cross-functional groups to solve complex problems and accomplish challenging objectives • Build a culture that resolves conflicts quickly and addresses underlying issues • Evaluate organizational vision, mission, structures, processes and people • Research, identify and address organizational effectiveness issues • Conduct assessments and design, recommend and facilitate implementation of organizational solutions • Communicate professionally and effectively with distribution center associates and professional contacts • Prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes • Perform additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by the manager based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and ten years progressively responsible related experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience • Strategic thought leadership experience across complex organizations • Track record of measurable business impact in cross-functional senior management teams • Advanced knowledge of human resource functions and processes, organizational culture, design, development, effectiveness, business objectives and strategies • Advanced research and data analysis skills • Experience with needs analyses, organization design and development, change models, organization structures and optimization • Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and present ideas clearly to employees, management, public groups and/or boards of directors • Advanced conflict resolution skills • Experience coaching senior and executive management • Excellent project management skills • Excellent leadership, communication, consultative, partnership, facilitation and team-building skills • Consulting and presentation skills, including meeting/training facilitation
