📋 Description

• Report to the Regional Business Director • Supervise and lead six Senior Oncology Account Specialists • Manage hiring, live and virtual coaching, representative development, performance management, and priority-account assignments • Own sales performance for the area portfolio and assess stakeholders and marketplace trends • Develop and implement area strategic plans, business plans, and budgets • Plan, organize, and monitor area and regional business performance • Ensure effective use and field implementation of promotional materials and marketing plans • Conduct proactive data analysis to identify market trends • Identify and develop key-account opportunities affecting regional and national business • Build relationships with customers, KOLs, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders • Develop external advocates and contribute to advocacy and community engagement • Ensure compliant execution and uphold Pfizer policies, standards, and integrity culture • Coach representatives on cross-functional collaboration, digital tools, and customer engagement • Conduct action-plan and partner meetings • Collaborate in integrated account teams and partner with Marketing during operational planning • Lead cross-functional partnerships to meet patient-service needs • Maintain advanced product, disease-state, and market knowledge • Use digital, virtual, and analytics tools, including 360-degree customer insights • Coach representatives on performance, selling skills, product knowledge, capabilities, and business plans • Build team culture, engagement, morale, feedback, and continuous improvement • Set team goals and hold members accountable for business growth, compliance, technology use, and effective engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years of experience • 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience • Skilled with data-driven resource management for channel deployment • Ability to travel as needed to develop internal and external relationships • Strong communication skills • Valid US driver's license and driving record compliant with company standards • Cross-functional collaboration mindset • Leadership, coaching, colleague development, and performance-management capabilities • Nice-to-have: Master's degree with at least 5+ years of experience, or PhD with 1+ years of experience • Nice-to-have: 2+ years of Area Business Manager experience leading a sales team • Experience with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations preferred • Oncology experience strongly preferred • Melanoma and/or colorectal therapeutic experience preferred • Advanced communication skills for facilitation, customer engagement, team management, and remote collaboration/coaching • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively • Strong collaborative and motivational leadership and internal stakeholder management skills • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is unavailable
