📋 Description

• Develop and manage the assigned area to maximize sales • Identify and develop business relationships within the territory • Actively engage with key accounts and market to these accounts • Conduct product reviews with channel partners and customers • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Regularly travel to client sites at least three days per week • Conduct product training for customers and channels • Develop sales plans and objectives and proactively plan to achieve sales goals • Engage customers to understand and address business and scientific needs • Determine how PHCNA can address customer needs and the best distribution channel • Monitor competitors’ pricing and promotion strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years’ direct sales experience with demonstrated sales results • Experience selling capital equipment, capital purchases, or equivalent highly preferred • Experience with sales in the pharma, biotech, healthcare, and/or life science industries • Familiarity with the market and businesses utilizing biomedical capital equipment • Ability to travel overnight up to 30%
