📋 Description

• Manage customer relationships through effective use of technical knowledge • Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment at customer sites nationally • Deliver exceptional customer service by setting clear expectations, meeting commitments and arrival times, and resolving customer issues efficiently • Understand customer business environments and contribute to service revenue growth • Collaborate with the regional team to improve processes, identify training gaps, and share best practices • Learn new tools and become qualified across multiple modalities as needed • Complete administrative and compliance tasks, including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, PMs, FCOs, and installation documentation • Adhere to quality, safety, company, state, and federal regulatory standards • Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network-related system issues using established tools, resources, and escalation processes • Perform preventative maintenance, field changes, installations, and corrective service within required timeframes • Travel extensively to assigned territory and other customer sites nationwide

🎯 Requirements

• Located within a 45-minute commute to Manhattan • Able to travel nationally; expected travel is approximately 90%, including overnight stays and air travel nationwide • 3+ years in an electromechanical service environment • Hands-on experience working in diagnostic imaging service in a hospital setting • Experience supporting diagnostic X-Ray, Cath Labs, or Image-Guided therapy equipment is required • Strong technical aptitude applying electronic, mechanical, and networking principles • Comfortable using a wide range of diagnostic tools and test equipment • Associate degree in electronics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience • Able to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements of a field service role, with or without reasonable accommodation • US work authorization required; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered
