📋 Description

• Monitor functional and PnP-enabled flows through regular, proactive pipeline health checks • Verify that test results populate correctly on the RLS PnP dashboard to ensure data integrity • Investigate pipeline failures and categorize infrastructure/deployment, UTF/PnP analyzer, and mature pipeline issues • Perform straightforward bug fixes, including deployment or execution patches • Escalate infrastructure issues through appropriate internal channels • Escalate complex or systemic issues to pipeline owners with logs and context • Collaborate with pipeline owners and XFN (Cross-Functional) DRIs on PnP trace tags and measurement-window alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in monitoring alerts and dashboards • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify patterns in failure logs and suggest improvements • Ability to differentiate between infrastructure, firmware, and analyzer-specific errors • Familiarity with jest-e2e and the Unified Test Framework (UTF) preferred • Experience with internal infrastructure such as buck, sandcastle, phabricator, and internal AI tooling preferred • Ability to read and interpret CI pipeline logs effectively preferred • Ability to leverage AI tooling such as Claude Code and Metamate preferred
