📋 Description

• Provide operational support and implementation for research studies and associated activities in the North American region (US/Canada) • Oversee projects in clinical development and post-approval studies, particularly the U.S. Cysview Blue Light Cystoscopy Registry • Serve as primary operational stewardship and oversight contact for sponsored studies, the U.S. Cysview Registry, and Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs) • Oversee and improve study documentation, including case report forms, data management plans, and monitoring plans • Manage CROs and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and delivery according to scope of work • Review anonymized electronic data capture data to monitor Registry and research project completeness and quality • Confirm compliance with clinical trial registry requirements, including ClinicalTrials.gov updates and SOPs • Oversee and execute study audits as needed • Assist Finance with Registry invoice data reconciliations and provide input on budgets and costs • Support onboarding of new sites and study initiation • Interact with Legal regarding site contracts and amendments • Lead study-level risk assessments and identify mitigation strategies • Execute clinical studies against planned timelines, deliverables, and budgets • Assist with medical communication and data dissemination • Support publication strategy operations for abstracts, manuscripts, and scientific congress presentations • Disseminate clinical data to internal stakeholders in a timely manner • Align publication communications with Global Medical Affairs • Report directly to the VP of North America Medical & Clinical Affairs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD) in life sciences or related field • 5-7 years of relevant experience • Experience with RWE required • Previous Urology or Oncology experience ideal • Demonstrated vendor management experience • Experience in clinical study operations, including developing protocols and key study documents • Experience understanding electronic medical records (EMR) • Effective project management, cross-functional team leadership, and organizational skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and execute tasks within deadlines • Ability to work with and support cross-functional teams • Ability to prioritize, maintain detail orientation, and stay administratively organized
