📋 Description

• Install, service, and upgrade postage meters and other shipping and mailing hardware at client sites • Troubleshoot and repair equipment while minimizing repeat calls • Review job aids and train clients on equipment use • Keep clients informed during maintenance or system outages • Develop skills to work on products, copiers, and Smart Lockers • Contribute to revenue growth through sales leads, supplies sales, and billable professional services • Travel daily to multiple customer locations

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical experience • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical equipment • Valid driver's license • Clean driving record • Reliable vehicle for daily travel to multiple customer locations • Ability to lift or move 55 lbs with or without accommodation • Ability to work Monday through Friday, with overtime if needed • Ability to communicate with clients • Willingness to offer additional products or services and earn commissions • Complete familiarity with a Windows environment (preferred) • Basic knowledge of PC and networking (preferred) • Experience with automated equipment (preferred)
