📋 Description

• Partner directly with Sales to build relationships and provide software solutions • Work with Sales executives on solution selling into prospect accounts • Understand all aspects of the product and business • Create and deliver presentations and software demonstrations communicating the value proposition • Address technical product questions from prospects and clients • Lead and manage prospect pilots • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Support to provide an excellent customer experience • Gather customer specifications for proper system configuration • Match customer business needs to proposed solutions • Communicate client needs to R&D teams for future product enhancements • Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses • Collect and document competitive intelligence • Support implementations • Understand and close enterprise transactions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years related experience • Proven work experience as a Solutions or Sales Engineer • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent presentation and creativity skills • Strong experience with ROI calculators and other value creation tools • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner • Ability to travel 50%+ • Solid project management skills • Ability to work within a team environment • Experience with enterprise class commercial vehicle fleets or enterprise customers • Experience with Class 8 fleets • Familiarity with the HOS and ELD rule sets • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. • Candidates must live in one of the listed eligible U.S. states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI
