📋 Description

• Serve as a technical leader for a TTB program, acting as a technical product manager and engineering leader • Provide strategic technology advice to clients by understanding mission objectives • Design and guide implementation of end-to-end solutions and ensure component integration • Work with React, Java Spring Boot, Python, web application, and data analytics technologies • Guide cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes, EKS, Aurora, and other AWS/cloud services • Provide technical leadership to senior client technical and business stakeholders • Ensure compliance and alignment to architectural standards and best practices • Drive innovation in client processes, public service delivery, and technical solutions • Identify risks and assumptions and guide research and proof-of-concept experimentation • Guide modern delivery practices and support development team members’ professional growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering (or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience • 10+ years of technical leadership and/or solution architect experience on large, multi-team products • Experience with cloud-native architectures • Experience with serverless event-based systems • Experience with open-source tech stacks • Experience with containers • Experience with pipeline automation • Deep understanding of Agile and DevSecOps principles and practices • Familiarity with object-oriented design • Familiarity with functional programming • Familiarity with design patterns • Familiarity with modern API design • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database design • Experience defining and enforcing application and cloud data security across the lifecycle • Experience researching emerging technologies, processes, and best practices
