📋 Description

• Lead the strategic direction and performance of a portfolio of complex accounts • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for complex clients and escalation contact for smaller brands • Lead regular meetings and direct account teams • Oversee holistic media strategies aligned with client objectives, market trends, and emerging opportunities • Use data and performance insights to make strategic recommendations and optimize campaigns • Develop and present QBRs and reporting with cross-functional teams • Translate complex campaign data into clear, actionable narratives • Develop long-term client strategic roadmaps and lead testing initiatives • Partner with internal teams to drive alignment and successful account execution • Educate clients on industry trends, best practices, and platform capabilities • Coach, mentor, and provide strategic guidance to account teams • Develop and improve internal processes beyond media • Develop best practices as a subject matter expert and gain team buy-in

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience, including hands-on keyboard experience managing Amazon Search and DSP across multiple industries • Hands-on keyboard management experience on Walmart, Target, or other eRetail media campaigns • Experience using campaign bidding/management tools • Proven ability to manage people, lead teams, and unlock potential in others • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart building • Familiarity with Amazon tools such as PacVue, Sellics, Teikametrics, or Perpetua • Strong professional presence and communication skills • Ability to multitask across priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong experience creating and implementing team structures and process improvements
