📋 Description

• Build and own user-facing product features from idea to production • Work with engineering, product, and design to plan, architect, and ship features • Design, build, and implement AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web UIs • Partner with functional leaders across GTM, finance, and customer support to build internal tools • Streamline operations and eliminate manual workflows • Ship products and features that receive real customer and internal usage • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, operations, GTM, data, and customer success • Iterate quickly, ship weekly, and respond to user feedback and data • Drive product areas independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional full-stack software development experience • Heavy use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex • Current knowledge of AI, including LLMs, agent frameworks, and tooling • Strong product and design judgment • Ability to own and drive an entire part of a product • Strong time and priority management • Ability to work across frontend and backend development • Clear communication and effective collaboration in ambiguous situations • Experience building and maintaining production systems used by real users • Comfort learning new tools and building from scratch • College degree asked about in the application form • Willingness to work fully remotely with occasional travel for team offsites • Bonus: experience at early-stage startups or building personal products • Bonus: familiarity with Animations.Dev, Devouring Details, or InterfaceCraft • Must answer U.S. immigration sponsorship questions in the application
