📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoint management tools, SaaS applications, and cloud environments • Lead technical projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments • Monitor and improve system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations • Oversee advanced troubleshooting and deliver root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions • Develop intelligent automation and endpoint management solutions using PowerShell, Bash, Anthropic Claude, REST APIs, and third-party services • Ensure patch management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with NIST, CIS, SOX, PCI, and ITGC standards • Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders on system architecture strategies • Mentor Systems Administrators and IT support staff • Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies • Participate in after-hours project work or emergency incident response • Lead cloud migrations, infrastructure scaling, and technology integrations • Perform other assigned IT-related duties and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 8+ years of progressive experience in IT • Practical knowledge of Azure, Windows, MacOS, and virtualization platforms (e.g., AVD) • Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash) • Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Anthropic Claude • Expertise with endpoint management tools, including custom package development and full endpoint lifecycle management • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent and fluent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and adapt to rapidly changing environments • Proven experience working with US based business teams • Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations, with Eastern Standard Time overlap • Quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps • Candidates that have worked in IT for a United States based publicly owned company preferred
