📋 Description

• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and operational challenges • Build, deploy, and customize production solutions in customer environments • Develop integrations, automation, APIs, and internal tooling • Translate customer feedback into actionable product and engineering requirements • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across application and infrastructure layers • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities • Own projects from technical discovery through deployment and iteration • Develop reusable solutions that can scale across multiple customers • Improve deployment processes, documentation, observability, and reliability • Act as a technical advisor and trusted engineering partner to customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages • Experience building and deploying production software • Strong systems, API, integration, and debugging skills • Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills • High ownership and ability to independently drive projects • Fluent English required • Must complete U.S. work authorization status disclosure • YC startup experience is sought for the role
