📋 Description

• Ensure adequate staffing to meet production and quality standards • Improve team accuracy, workload capacity, and process efficiency • Manage and mentor staff and develop measurable departmental and individual goals • Conduct performance evaluations, create performance improvement plans, and recommend merit and promotional increases • Ensure completion of training programs and arrange additional training when appropriate • Manage efficient workflow processes using workforce management technologies • Monitor service indicators and customer feedback to recommend operational and systems changes • Analyze systems performance, audits, cost efficiencies, workflow measures, and service trends • Adjust work assignments and processes in response to changing business conditions • Develop tools, matrices, action plans, procedural manuals, and regular and ad-hoc reports • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address workflow issues and develop action plans • Build and maintain cross-functional business relationships • Lead process improvement work teams using LEAN methodologies • Recommend process improvements based on trends, progress, and obstacles • Develop tactical plans supporting the department’s long-term vision • Serve as an escalation point for highly visible complaints and issues • Manage assigned team activities including hiring, coaching, professional development, and performance feedback • Ensure assigned internal controls operate effectively • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of work experience (Required) • Three (3) years of experience in a management/leadership role (Required) • Three (3) years of experience in an operations environment (Required) • Familiarity with Premera products and systems • Experience with Premera's technical training or procedures programs • Experience with quality and production management tools and systems • Specialized or technological knowledge/skill of auditing and systems • Experience leading virtual employees
