📋 Description

• Follow up with existing leads and convert opportunities into closed sales • Present and sell service and installation estimates over the phone • Ensure every job has an estimate completed and presented • Handle call flips from in-field technicians and close opportunities in real time • Sell HVAC maintenance memberships • Contact recent customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities • Prevent cancellations through proactive communication • Save installation jobs at risk of cancellation • Request and generate Google reviews from satisfied customers • Drive revenue through consistent follow-up and lasting customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience is a big plus, especially phone-based or inside sales • HVAC or home services experience preferred but not required • Strong phone presence and confidence selling over the phone • Competitive drive and persistence to follow up and close • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and build trust • Positive attitude, adaptability, and passion for helping customers • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer • Application asks whether the candidate has at least 1 year of HVAC sales experience • Application asks whether the candidate has virtual or phone sales experience
