📋 Description

• Serve as a primary support and ownership resource for Presidio’s XaitCPQ platform • Investigate issues, triage bugs, provide configuration support, and guide processes • Assist Solution Architects, Inside Sales, and presales teams with XaitCPQ usage and Professional Services scope creation • Support service pricing documents, proposal workflows, and Project Change Requests • Document and communicate platform issues, including reproduction steps, business impact, workarounds, and recommended fixes • Partner with internal stakeholders, platform administrators, vendors, and technical teams to resolve bugs and improve workflows • Create and maintain documentation, job aids, FAQs, and training materials • Support onboarding, mentoring, and enablement for users • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce repeat questions, improve data quality, and make the platform more intuitive

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional or military experience • 2–4+ years of relevant experience in presales, technical support, platform administration, professional services, IT operations, or a related field • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to communicate professionally through email, tickets, documentation, and live conversations • Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and apply that knowledge to support others • Experience in presales, solution architecture, professional services, sales operations, platform support, or a related technical support function • Understanding of Professional Services concepts such as statements of work, scope definition, pricing inputs, deliverables, assumptions, and change requests • Exposure to infrastructure, cloud, security, data center, collaboration, or managed services technologies • Experience creating training materials, process documentation, user guides, or knowledge base articles • Knowledge and experience with programming, scripting, web APIs, and/or Delphi • Familiarity with XaitCPQ, Salesforce, ServiceNow, proposal tools, CPQ platforms, or services scoping workflows is helpful but not required • Industry or manufacturer certifications are helpful but not required
