📋 Description

• Lead and execute complex, multi-solution engagements and global programmatic rollouts • Establish and govern value-centric programmatic frameworks, such as Centers of Excellence • Drive long-term Program Charters and strategic account roadmaps aligned with client executive goals and business architecture • Build trusted advisor relationships with key client executives alongside sales and customer success teams • Orchestrate specialized cross-functional roles, programs, and workstreams across pre-sales and post-sales delivery • Partner with regional Project Managers to execute localized workflows • Align integrated technical roadmaps with client executive milestones alongside Solutions and Business Architects • Surface data insights and performance metrics to optimize operational performance and inform strategic decisions • Oversee continued success package delivery, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets • Travel domestically 1–2 times per month to visit clients and attend team events, with potential international travel

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in SaaS Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Program Management • Customer-facing or client delivery experience preferred • 4+ years of direct experience in or supporting the construction industry or an adjacent field preferred • Track record of designing global program governance frameworks, executive steering structures, and scalable delivery models for enterprise accounts • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS architecture, integration patterns, and data ecosystem flows • Strong data analysis skills, including actionable insights, account health optimization, and executive-level value realization reporting using ROI/KPIs • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills for diverse technical and business audiences • Collaborative, optimistic, ownership-driven approach to solving complex client challenges
